Rover Done Over Policies

Rover Done Over strives to provide each client and pet with a calm, stress-free experience. As such, the following policies are in place to help us achieve outstanding and efficient service. Please be sure to read our policies thoroughly, as each new and existing client must indicate either by digital signature below or in-person signature that they agree to our policies prior to any grooming service being performed. Appointments

  • Due to fluctuation in traffic, doggie behavior, and coat conditions there is a one hour long arrival window for every appointment, consisting of a half an hour prior to the appointment time to a half an hour after the appointment time. For example, a 10:30 appointment time has a arrival window from 10:00-11:00. 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We require 48-hours notice to cancel an appointment. As we work by route (neighborhood), and schedule our appointments according to the time allotted for your pet, this is strongly enforced. 
  • Failure to contact someone at Rover Done Over may result in a late cancellation fee of $50. This fee must be paid prior to your next grooming appointment. 

Latch Key Service Available

  • Latch Key Service will be offered after your initial grooming appointment.
