In 2008, Rover Done Over began with me (Gretchen) buying a mobile grooming van and setting out to re-invent myself while starting a new business. Never would I have ever imagined that one day I would have 10 vans, 14 groomers, a full administrative staff, cleaning crew, and maintenance technicians working with me. Never in my wildest dreams! Well, today I am so very thankful to have grown to be Tampa’s largest, non-franchised, Mobile Pet Grooming Company. From South Tampa to Lutz our vans scurry around meeting the needs of our clients.
One home at a time, one doggie at a time, we strive to provide the best possible dog grooming experience for you and your beloved pet and that cannot happen without assembling the best team of people we can find. We owe our success to our incredible team and to each of our customers who have entrusted us to care for their pet.
Administration
If you have recently booked an appointment to get your dog washed or groomed and styled, then you have probably done so with one of these wonderful ladies. Working on phones, tablets, and computers these ladies book 10,000 appointments a year while never loosing their ability to laugh and crack a joke or two. Each of our clients are important to us and these ladies do their utmost to always handle each client’s needs as if they were their own friend or family member. Additionally, they have years of collective knowledge in grooming different breeds which comes in handy when talking with new clients about their dog’s grooming needs before setting their first appointment.

Mobile Pet Stylists
We believe that mobile groomers are some of the best all-around groomers in the business. Unlike a shop where there may be others to help in the grooming process, our stylists work alone. They must have the skill, patience, and experience to handle any and every situation that may arise and to do so without help. As such, we strive to recruit only experienced groomers who have been in the business and have a solid reputation and grooming history.
As important as their Grooming Experience is, we value their love of animals even more. Each of our groomers can easily tell you about their own pets and that might include some exotic pets at that! Therefore, we completely believe your dog will enjoy a luxury one-on-one grooming that will be less stressful than going to a shop, and you will enjoy the convenience of us coming to you.
